RV Service Questions

1. What is our labor rate?
Our labor rate is $125.00 per hour (1 hour minimum)

2. Do we do warranty work?
We do warranty work for the following manufacturer's: Thor - R-Vision - Winnebago - Skyline - Fleetwood
(before any warranty work is performed pre-authorization is needed - no exceptions- owner of the vehicle is responsible for cost of repair if warranty company does not pay in total or the difference thereof)

3. Is Insurance work welcomed?
We are approved by most insurance companies. We understand from over the years of doing insurance work the best way to handle insurance claims to see that the work is done correctly the first time. This saves the insured and the insurance company time and money. (Discounts are also given for all insurance companies)

4. Do we have a public dump station?
Monday - Saturday from 8am - 4pm. Cost is $25.00 per dump.
(Monday mornings are extremely busy with rental returns, so please wait till the afternoon)

5. Do we sell propane?
We do sell propane Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm. Propane is sold at $ 4.05 per gallon with a minimum of $ 20.00.

6. Do we sell and install hitches?
We sell and install the best quality hitches Reese, Husky, RBW, Pullrite, and Blue Ox, plus more and our prices are very competitive. Time for installation varies from 1 to 3 hours.

7. Do we install brake controllers?
Parts and labor start at approximately $275.00. Prices vary depending on the vehicle.
