Everyone was great! I was greeted by someone immediately,
both when I picked it up and dropped it off. I didn’t
have to wait during any part of the process.
I appreciated being able to pick it up early last week
– that made the day a lot less stressful. The
guy took his time with showing me how to work everything
when I picked up the RV – which definitely paid
off over the course of the trip. The check-in on the
way back was thorough but quick, which I always appreciate.
They found some small chips on the wind shield and checked
to see if they were there before (on the last rental)
and they were, so that felt good – an honest attempt
to only charge for new damages. I also got a free lift
home
The heater worked awesome (it was probably in the 30’s
just before dawn). Maddy was usually first up and she
would turn the heater on and fire up the stove for hot
chocolate. Being able to take a hot shower, out of the
cold and wind also made a big difference on a 6 day
trip. Overall I felt a lot better at the end of the
trip. Now I just need to work on Marty so he’s
a little more gun-ho about the whole thing.

Family RV, I wanted to thank you for your help in securing
the Motor home we needed to have on such short notice.
Your staff was very efficient, professional, and helpful
as they assisted me in resolving a difficult problem.
I was very pleased that we were able to take cae of
all the arrangements in the morning and have the unit
delivered in the afternoon. That is customer service!
The driver who delivered the Motor hom was very helpful
and pleasant. Our home owner, who stayed in the Motor
home, has been thanking me for getting her the Motor
home and was quite pleased with it.
Darrell Martin raced at the Wild Flower Triathlon and
rented a 2005 Winnebago 24ft Motor home. "It was
so hot out there that I have sunburn on my arms, it
was nice to retire to the Motor home with the A/C going"

Madau rented a 28ft bunk bed Motor home and went camping
at Jenkins lake. "We had a great time and would

timers !! "At the suggestion of our oldest son
Rick, we rented an RV from Family RV rentals in San
Jose. The unit was clean and beautiful. The staff at
Family RV were so very helpful and they new this was
our first time. If we decide to rent an RV again we
will most certainly will rent from Family RV Rentals."
