• What do I need to do:
  You need detailed information on your RV along with the condition. Any extras you have added to increase the value and all the service records. You will need to take pictures with a digital camera (if you do not have a camera we can do this) of the outside and inside.
• What is my RV worth:
  You can determine the value of your RV by giving us the above information, we will do a market evaluation, NADA or Kelly book out for you. We will look at past sales and comparable's on the market today. We will come up with the top dollar value for your RV for a quick sale.
• What condition does it have to be in: The RV should be clean and well maintained. The better the RV looks the quicker it will sell. We can detail it for you and do a safety check if required(there is a cost)
• How long will it take to sell:
  That will depend on a few factors, selling price, condition, floor plan and year. We can review history and try and get you an idea of the time on the market
• What do I do about my warranty:
  Some warranties can be transferred and some cannot. If the warranty is not transferable we can offer the buyer most of the time a new service contract to cover any future breakdowns.
• What about my registration:
  Registration has to be current. DMV has a strict policy of keeping the registration current, so do not let it lapse
• What about my insurance:
  Keep you insurance current. Family RV is insured and will do our best to protect you RV, but your insurance is necessary to cover your RV while it is on our lot
• Is your lot secure:
  Yes it is fenced in and locked. We have neighbors on one side that keep an I on the lot and our buildings are alarmed.
• How do I get paid:
  Once your RV sells and the funds received, payment will be made within 3 days.
• I owe the bank more than it is selling for:
  If this is the case the RV will have to be paid down so that when it sells there is no outstanding monies over the amount of the sale due to the lien holder Contact Us Form
